Let’s know the ingredients used in the recipe.

● Spring onions

spring onions are very tasty and good for your body.  The green, leek, and garlic portions of the spring onions are edible, but they taste a little softer than regular onions and can be cooked or eaten raw. Green onions can be used raw in salads, as a side dish, or as part of Asian fried dishes. They enhance flavor when used in soups, pasta, and salsas. Chopped spring onions in soy sauce with some chopped chilies and rice vinegar make a nice dipping sauce.

● Ham

Ham is pork that is usually dried and canned, although it is also sold fresh. It is high in protein and has many beneficial nutrients. It is rich in protein and many other beneficial nutrients. Ham usually refers to the meat of the hind legs that have been wet or dried and often smoked. Being rich in proteins, vitamins, and minerals, Ham can be a good addition to your diet. Pork Ham is an excellent source of many vitamins and minerals, such as thiamin, zinc, vitamin B12, vitamin B6, niacin, phosphorus, and iron.

● Cream cheese

Cream cheese is a soft cheese having a mild taste. It is usually used in slices of bread, and crackers. It is formed from cream but sometimes from milk and cream.  Cream cheese is loaded with fat and is rich in vitamin A and riboflavin. It is low in protein and has less shelf life.

Cream cheese has a similar texture to goat cheese. It is a little stiffer and doesn’t have that similar tangy flavor. To get that tangy flavor, add Greek yogurt, it will also soften the texture a little bit.

● Bacon

Bacon is salt-cured pork that is prepared from various cuts of meat typically including the pork belly, back cuts that contain less fat in comparison to the belly. It is consumed as a side dish, or on its own and also used as an ingredient to flavor dishes such as club sandwiches.

Bacon is high in saturated fat and cholesterol, which are not as dangerous as previously thought. Typical bacon serving sizes are also small.

Pork is rich in many nutrients, including protein and several vitamins. The same is true for bacon.

Eating lots of bacon and other salty foods increases blood pressure in people who are sensitive to salt. It can also increase the risk of stomach cancer.

– How to keep bacon moist?

Place the bacon and enough water to cover the pan over high heat. When the water boils, reduce the heat to medium. When all the water is boiling, reduce the heat to medium and continue cooking until the bacon is crispy and browned. When we tried this method, the meat was crushed instead of wilted when cooked, and the bacon was fresh and comfortable but moist, not chewy or crumbly.

The addition of water keeps the initial cooking temperature low and tender, so the meat remains moist and tender. By the time the water reaches its boiling point (212 degrees) the bacon fat is almost all there, so you’ll burn less meat while waiting for the fat to cook.

● Pepper:

Black pepper is widely used in cooking around the world. Black pepper and its active ingredient, piperine, can have strong antioxidant activity, increase the absorption of certain nutrients and beneficial compounds.

The amount of black pepper commonly used in cooking and additives up to 20 mg piperine appears to be safe. However, black pepper can increase drug absorption and should be used with caution when combined with some medications. Black pepper is a flexible ingredient that can be added to a variety of recipes, including meat, fish, eggs, salads, and soups. Available at most grocery stores.
